| 摘 要： | 学生寝室文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,是加强和改进学校德育工作的一项重要任务,是学生自我完善和实现社会化的重要影响因素.文章通过分析目前寝室文化建设方面存在的问题,对寝室文化建设的措施进行了初步探索与实践.
