| 摘 要： | 目前,以PLC及工业机器人为核心的应用系统已经在各个生产领域得到广泛运用。设计了一种使用西门子PLC和ABB工业机器人的码垛工作站,该工作站的主要部件由S7-1200西门子PLC和IRB120工业机器人构成,完成物料自动输送的控制和码垛的功能。文中介绍了系统的总体方案、硬件选型和软件设计。

| Abstract: | At present,the application system with PLC and industrial robot as the core has been widely used in various fields of production.In this paper,a palletizing workstation using Siemens PLC and ABB industrial robots is designed.The main components of the workstation are S7-1200 Siemens PLC and IRB120 industrial robots,which complete the control of material automatic transportation and palletizing functions.In this paper,the overall scheme,hardware selection and software design of the system are introduced. |
