| 摘 要： | 主要以现时使用的《中华人民共和国著作权法》的相关条款的规定为法律依据,以网络数字作品的产生、形成、传播和使用为路线,分析现实状况下的网络数字作品在知识产权保护方面的业已形成的保护范围、存在的问题及法律空白,并提出相应的解决方案和建议。

| Abstract: | With the "PRC Copyright Law" provisions as legal basis,taking the formation,dissemination and application of network digital works as the route,the paper discusses the protection scope,existing problems and the parts that the law has not covered in the copyright protection in present network digital products,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestion. |
