| 摘 要： | 与建立在语言概念之上的逻辑思维不同,体悟思维是人这一认识主体对于认识对象所进行的一种贯通身心的内向默会和整体把握。而以身体为实践对象,具有身心贯通性的传统武术修为,则是一种技能水平和道德修养不断得以提升的过程。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,在对传统武术修为过程的创拳、学拳、练拳三个方面所表现出的体悟思维分别进行论述后,认为传统武术修为表现出了鲜明的体悟特征。认识和把握传统武术这一思维层面的特点,对于提升个人的武学修为水平和道德修养境界都颇具意义。

| Abstract: | Being different from the logical thinking based on linguistic concept, the experience-insight is an inner insight and a whole understanding of the cognitive object made by human beings. As for the practice of traditional Wushu, it refers to the continual improvement of the practitioners＇ level of physical skills and realm of morality, which regards the body as the object of study, and has the characteristic of connecting the body and the mind. Using the method of literature review and logical analysis, this paper analyzed the experience-insight character from four aspects of Wushu practicing, namely the creation, the learning and the practice of Wushu. The final conclusion is that the practice of Wushu shows obvious characteristic of experience-insight and understanding Wushu in this perspective is meaningful for the improvement of the practitioners＇ level of physical skills and realm of morality. |
