| 摘 要： | 长期以来,高校思想政治工作者总是把学生当作教育管理的对象,把自己当作教育者和管理者,居高临下,单方面向学生灌输思想教育理论,把自己的意志强加给学生。面对新形势新特点,高校思想政治工作者应当转变教育观念,把自己当作服务者,把学生当作服务对象,拓宽服务渠道,增强服务能力,提高服务质量,诚心诚意为学生服务,从而增强思想政治教育的效果。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political education staff used to regard students as the object of management and impose their ideas on the students.College students always received the ideological theory passively.Under new circumstances,we should strengthen the serve-student consciousness.We need to broaden service channels and improve the ability and quality of service to enhance the education effect. |
