| 摘 要： | 本文以浙江海洋学院９６ 级男生为研究对象，运用数理统计法对《国家体育锻炼标准》（以下称《标准》）５ 项成绩各等级进行统计分析，并与《标准》中等级评定的标准进行比较研究，提出各项目等级评定的修改意见，为《标准》更适合于我国大学生体质的实际水平提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | In this article, The author studies the male students who entered Zhejiang Ocean University in 1996. By analyzing data with mathematical statistic methods, the author makes some modification suggestion on all items of grade assessment in order to make "national physical training standards" more suitable for the level of the university student's fitness in our country. |
