| 摘 要： | 认为我国的情报机构,存在着许多难以解决的问题。解决这些问题的唯一办法是实行全国情报机构的集中管理,其突破口是实行全国情报工作的合理布局,使各情报机构都有各自的工作任务、服务方向和固定产品;并对情报工作的合理布局问题提出了切实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | There are many Problems difficult to be solved in the infor-mation organizations in our country. The only solution is to carry outthe centralized management of information organizations of the wholecountry. And the key to the solution is the rational distribution of theinformation activities in it, so that every information organizationhas its own tasks, service orientation and fixed information Products.Meanwhile some feasible suggestions are posed to the rational distribu-tion of information activities. |
