我国特殊教育师资的发展瓶颈与对策

摘    要:师资状况直接影响着我国特殊教育的稳定和发展,经过多年努力,我国特殊教育师资取得了长足的进展。但通过数据的分析和对比,可以看出我国特殊教育的师资还面临数量缺乏、教学能力与经验匮乏、教师资质偏低以及自我效能感不足的发展瓶颈,因此,应采取有效方式补充师资力量,大力提高师资水平和质量,全社会应为特殊教育营造一个良好的环境和氛围。
