| 摘 要： | 提出了引进世界著名大学研究生教育的先进理念、加强研究生导师队伍建设、完善导师组集体培养模式、加强产学研联合培养基地建设、鼓励和支持研究生创业、促进专业学位研究生教育发展,以及建立科学的研究生教育质量评价制度等推进我国研究生教育改革与创新的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes that we should introduce advanced concepts of world-renowned universities' postgraduate education,enhance the ability of mentors,perfect mentor collective group training and strengthen the enterprise-university-institute united cultivation.It is suggested that graduates be encouraged to entrepreneurs,professional postgraduate education be developed,and a scientific evaluation system of the graduate education quality should be established in our country. |
