| 摘 要： | 以Kline和Rosenberg提出的链式模型为基础,构建了网络环境下企业技术创新过程模型;应用因子分析法构建了网络环境下基于过程的企业技术创新能力测度构面模型;应用三角模糊重要度与贡献度,提出了网络环境下基于过程的技术创新能力评价方法。并对陕西高技术企业创新能力进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | This paper constructed the enterprise technological innovation process model based on me chain model proposed by Kline and Rosenberg, and used factor analytic to establish the enterprise technological innovation ability mode based on the process under network environment. Taking the empirical study of technological innovation ability in Shanxi as an example, this paper also used triangle fuzzy importance and the degree of contribution to propose innovation ability assessment of technological innovation ability. |
