| 摘 要： | 运用文献法、归纳分析法、访问调查法等研究方法。对高校实施课余体育俱乐部制与高校终身体育教育。研究表明。在高校实施课余体育俱乐部制能进一步完善高校终身体育教育体系，促进大学生终身体育思想的树立。为学校体育和社会体育接轨奠定基础。

| Abstract: | This article,by the means of document research and investigation,is a study on the practice of those two theories-extracurricular sports club and life-long PE.The result shows that the extracurricular sports club is an effective way to improve the practice of life-long PE in college and strength the students' sense of life-long sports,accordingly,do the preparations for the joint of the school PE and social sports. |
