| Abstract: | This article studies the cause of advancing the basic concept of scientific development,including timely idea,scientific concept,open concept,development concept,management concepts,service concept and innovative ideas.In Promote the scientific development of the article studies the basic learning goals generally have six such as article academic activity,article application of norms,article education flourishing,article thriving industry,article rich culture and article talentes.In Promote the scientific development of the article the basic learning strategies generally have six such as focus on strategic logistics planning,focus on theory communication,focus on article quality control.focus on article benefit assessment,focus article and cultural training and focus on training the article. |
