大鼠各脑室室管膜和脉络丛超微结构观察

摘    要:为了探讨各脑室壁室管膜细胞和脉络丛组织的超微结构特点,取成年大鼠侧脑室、Ⅲ、Ⅳ脑室和中脑水管上皮细胞及侧脑室脉络丛组织制成超薄切片,JEM-100CXⅡ透射电镜下观察。结果表明:(1)脑室不同部位室管膜上皮细胞的排列层次稍有区别,以其电子密度高低不同,可分为明细胞与暗细胞两种类型。细胞间有连接复合体,游离面有微绒毛和纤毛;线粒体较丰富;细胞基底部有长的胞突伸入神经细胞之间。(2)脉络丛:表面覆盖着单层立方柱状上皮,游离面有丰富的锤状微绒毛;脉络丛中轴为有孔毛细血管,血管周围间隙明显,本研究为探讨的脑脊液循环和障碍原因,提供了形态学基础。

Abstract:In ordor to reveal the wltra structural characters of the ependyma cells and the choroid plexus, the adult rats were used , The tissues of the lateral ventrides its choroid plexus , the III and IV ventriculo-gram and the epithelial cells of central fluid channel were processed into ultrathin sections .We used transmission electron microscope(TEM) oF SEM - 100CX II type to observe. The results Showed : (1) There were some differences of the cell structure among different ependymas of ventriculogram . According to the cells' electron density, they could be dimided into two groups: bright cells and dark cells . There were functional complex between the cells, microuilli and cilia on thd free face; On the basement part of the membrane stretched into the neurocyte and the mitochondria was rick . (2) Choroid plexus , there was simple caboidal colamnar epithelium on the surface, and the mierovilli was rich on the free face . The central anis of choroid plexus was fenestrated ccepillary, the perivascular space was obvious . Thisexperiment provided morphological material for the further study of cerebrospinal fluid circulation and the reasons of circulating barriar .
