| 摘 要： | 灰色预测法是一种对含有不确定性因素的系统进行预测的方法。应用灰色预测理论的基本原理，建立灰色预测模型的过程及求解方法，并以2001--2006年江苏省的平均房地产价格为统计资料，运用GM（1，1）模型进行预测，取得了较好的预测效果。

| Abstract: | The real estate system is influenced by many factors from both the macroscopic field and the microscopic field.Therefore,forecasting the real estate price is difficult.This paper uses the grey system theory to establish a grey forecasting model.Finally,the principle of the grey system is presented and the GM(1,1) model is established based on the statistics of the real estate price in Jiangsu province from 2001-2006.The result shows the feasibility and the validity of the method. |
