| 摘 要： | 对安顺市区部分市场销售的松花蛋进行随机抽样,采用原子吸收分光光谱法对所抽取松花蛋样品进行重金属铅含量的分析测定。分析结果表明,所抽取的松花蛋样品中重金属铅的含量均超过了国家标准。长期食用铅含量超标的松花蛋会对人体产生严重危害,本文建议安顺市区食品安全部门加强对市场销售的松花蛋进行必要的技术监督,确保人民群众生命健康不受伤害。本文对安顺市区食品安全管理和技术监督方面具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | By sampling preserved eggs at random at part market in Anshun downtown,under suitable experimental determination condition,the amount of heavy metal lead in preserved eggs on sale at the part market Anshun downtown has been analyzed by means of atomic absorption spectrum.Analytic result shows that the amount of heavy metal lead in preserved eggs on sale at the part market Anshun downtown is generally above the national standard.Preserved eggs with lead amount above the national standard as long-term diet will do great harm to people,s health.This article propose that food security department of anshun downtown should strengthen tecnichal supervision of preserved eggs on sale at the part market anshun downtown to ensure them up to national standard for the sake of people,s health.This article is of guiding significance in anshun downtown food tecnichal supervision and food sanitary security management of anshun downtown. |
