高职院校教师人力资本、团队资本与组织资本转化模式研究

摘    要:教师人力资本是教师团队资本的基础。教师人力资本的逐步提升为教师团队资本提供了不竭的养料,而高职院校的组织资本又由教师团队资本的互相凝聚、结合所构成。教师人力资本是个人知识、技能、经验的积累和共享,可以壮大团队资本和组织资本,为教师团队和院校组织提供多元化、多方位的发展方向。与此同时,高职院校为人力资本的提升提供了所需的条件和环境,实现了教师人力资本和教师团队资本的融合和互补,实现了人力资本的规模化效益,由此达到同时提升教师人力资本、教师团队资本、院校组织资本的最终目的。

Research on the Transformation Model of Human Capital,Team Capital and Organizational Capital of Higher Vocational Teachers

Abstract:Teachers’human capital is the foundation of teachers’team capital.The gradual improvement of teachers’human capital provides inexhaustible motivation for teachers’team capital,and the organizational capital of higher vocational colleges is composed of teachers’team capital.Teachers’human capital is the accumulation and sharing of personal knowledge,skills,and experience,which can strengthen team capital and organizational capital,and provide diversified and multi-faceted development directions for the teams of teachers and the organizations of colleges and universities.At the same time,higher vocational colleges provide the necessary conditions and environment for the improvement of human capital,which can realize the integration and supplement of teachers’human capital and team capital,and achieve the results of large-scale benefits of human capital,so as to realize the improvement of teachers’human capital,teachers’team capital,and the organizational capital of higher vocational colleges.
