| Abstract: | Through questionnaire surveys,this paper aims to further understand the motivation and current situation of medical college students joining the Party in the new era,and to explore the effective training mechanism suitable for medical student Party members in the new era by analyzing the factors that affect their willingness and motivation to join the Party.A solid foundation has been laid for the construction of Party organizations in medical colleges. |
