| 摘 要： | 运用社会网络分析方法(SNA)研究信息在突发事件网络舆情传播中的整体结构和结点在网络中的位置及相互关系,研究舆情网络传播结构对信息的传播路径、传播速度和传播范围的影响问题。以突发事件"11·16"校车事故为实证研究对象,生成"11·16"舆情传播网络拓扑图,基于邻接矩阵数据对信息传播网络进行了整体网络结构、内部子结构和个体位置结构测度,并根据研究结果提出网络舆情引导政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to explore the structure of information in the process of public opinion spread in emergencies,the location of the nodes and their mutual relationship in the network and the influence of public opinion spread’s structure on the path,speed and scope of information dissemination.Topology of public opinion spread network in this paper is generated from the analysis of the "11·16" school bus accident.This paper also measures the overall network structure,substructure and individual location of information dissemination based on adjacency matrix data;hence advice on public policies on public opinion spread is put forward |
