| 摘 要： | 为探寻适应体育专业大学生心理健康问题的思想政治教育途径，采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，对体育专业大学生心理健康教育与思想政治教育内在关联及互动机制进行了分扼，研究认为：体育专业大学生心理健康教育与思想政治教育具有相互关联性，具有内在统一性；体育专业大学生思想政治教育的首要问题是消除他们的消极心理，使他们拥有健康的心态，帮助他们树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观；体育专业大学生心理健康教育的思想政治教育的疏导及培育，最终归结为培养全面发展的人；体育专业的心理健康教育与思想政治教育应互相渗透，才能提高育人的有效性。

| Abstract: | To study the ideological and political approaches to educating college students of PE department,methods of literature review,logical analysis are adopted to analyze the inner relationship and interactive system of psychological education and political education. We hold that the two kinds of education are closely related and consistent;and the most urgent problem for ideological and political education is to remove their negative attitudes and help them to establish the fight life view,world view and value view;the two kinds of education are also the education of human,aiming to cultivate all - round development talents;the two kinds of education should be co-related to promote the efficiency of human education. |
