| 摘 要： | 引入灰色关联方法对e-服务质量进行评测分析，在详细介绍这种方法的基础上，给出了其在e-服务质量评测中的实际应用，结果表明，该方法简便快捷，有利于提供e-服务的网站进行相关决策时借鉴使用。

| Abstract: | E-service quality is analyzed based on the method of gray correlation in this paper.The application is introduced after the method is described.The result shows that it's a quick and simple method to evaluate e-Service quality;and it can make the interrelated decision for Websites which provide e-Service. |
