| 摘 要： | 集群企业技术能力的强弱决定着产业集群能否作为区域经济发展的推动力.根据竞合理论剖析集群企业之间的竞争与合作的内在机制,进而对集群企业技术能力中的整合对象、整合主体、整合媒介、整合动力与整合绩效等整合过程中的要素进行分析,建立了在竞合理论基础上的集群企业技术能力的整合机理模型,为提升集群企业技术能力提供分析思路.

| Abstract: | Technological capabilities in the Cluster's enterprises determine whether industry clusters can be used as a regional economic engine. Based on the Co-opetition theory, the study analyzes the mechanism of relationship among the Cluster's enterprises, and technological capabilities integration elements such as targets, the main integration, integrated media, and integration power and integration performance in the process of integration. Finally, on the basis of Co-opetition theory, we formulate the technological capabilities integration mechanism model and laid a solid theoretical foundation for enhancing technological capabilities of cluster enterprises. |
