摘    要:天水师范学院中文系学生专业素质教育“六三”方案从教师教育的实际出发 ,以培养和提高学生的专业素质为切入点和突破口 ,结合汉语言文学专业自身的特点 ,以实施专业素质教育主题模式为载体 ,全面推进汉语言文学专业素质教育 ,将汉语言文学专业教师教育的专业内容和目标按照实施素质教育的要求细划为六个专业素质教育主题模式子项 ,简称“六三”方案 ,即“六个三” :“三知”、“三会”、“三百”、“三语”、“三字”、“三文”。通过 1996~2 0 0 2六年多的教学实践和理论探索 ,已逐步形成专业素质教育中富有特色和活力的素质教育运行机制和教师教育的新做法

Abstract:The ' Six Threes' Plan" of the Chinese Department of Tianshui Normal University for students specialty qualities is based on the reality of teachers education, aiming at cultivating and raising students specialty qualities in an all-round way. We divide the contents and the training objectives of teachers education for Chinese major students in line with the requirements to practice quality education into six categories, shortened for "Six Threes", namely, "Know the three things","Master Three Skills","Recite the Three Hundred Model Writings","Three Languages","Good at Chinese Brush Writing , Chalk Writing , and Pen Writing" and "Good wrings in Three Styles". After six years teaching practice and theoretical exploration, we have formed this qualities education mechanism with our own characteristics and vitalities.
