| 摘 要： | 根据竞争情报和人际网络的概念，分析了竞争情报活动中人际情报网络构建的影响因素，依据人际情报网络构建的主要流程，提出了基于企业业务职能的人际情报网络构建的一般模型。并且通过设计调查问卷进行了实际调查，使用聚类分析方法对调查结果进行统计，最后对聚类的结果进行了分析。
