| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜手术在妇科手术中的应用和治疗效果.方法:对23例卵巢良性肿瘤患者,实行了腹腔镜下肿瘤囊壁剥除术,保留了卵巢;对3例多囊卵巢行打孔术;对9例异位妊娠患者,6例行患侧输卵管切除术,3例行保守手术.结果:35例患者手术均成功,无1例中转开腹,无1例出现并发症,近期随访无复发.异位妊娠保守手术者均于术后二周复查血HCG为阴性,无持续妊娠,无术后出血.结论:腹腔镜手术具有损伤小,恢复快,并发症少,治疗效果可靠及住院时间短等优点.尤其附件良性病变是腹腔镜手术的最佳适应证,值得有条件的医院推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objictive:To study the remedial effect and application of laparoscope surgery in gynaecology.Methods:23 paeients with ovary carcinoid operated to the tumour by laparoscope surgery,and ovarys were kept;3 paeients with polycystic ovary were performed by stilette;among 9 patients with heterotopic pregnancy,6 cases were excised tubal elimination and 3 cases were perfomed by conservative surgery.Results:All 35 case were operated successfully,no one changed to paunch in midway.no one appeard syndrome and no relapse happened by investigation in short-term.For patients with heterotopic pregnancy who were performed by conservative surgery,their HCG of the blood apperead negative,no one continued pregnancy,and no one was blooding after the surgery.Conclusion:Laparoscope surgery posses a lot of merits of light damage,fast recovery,less syndrome,reliable effect and short time in hospital.Especially for the benign pathological changes with ovary it is the best curing manner,so it is worth to be spread and used in the hospital with a well condition. |
