| 摘 要： | 本文采用“过程-事件分析”策略,对清中叶温州因粮食危机引发的骚乱进行了透视,发现:政府“地主政权”的角色扮演加剧了危机的严重性;宗族组织不是由于其慈善功能,而是由于其本身具有的生存理性和安全理性起到了社会“减震器”的作用,从而恢复了社会秩序。我们必须充分估计宗族在今天的社会治理中所具有的地方政治意义。

| Abstract: | Employing the strategy of "analysing the course-event",the paper examines the riot aroused by provisions crisis in Wenzhou in the middle of the Ging Dynasty,and reveals that the government which played the part of the role of"the landlord regime"aggravated the crisis,and the tribe which had its collective rationality acted as a part of the social "shock absorber".We should fully estimate that the tribe has its local political significance in our modern social administration. |
