加拿大冰壶后备人才培养的LTAD模式与启示

摘    要:分析加拿大冰壶后备人才培养模式,对我国冰壶运动青少年后备人才的培养具有借鉴意义。运用文献资料研究、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,重点在青少年培养阶段进行对比分析。研究发现:我国冰壶后备人才在训练体质、培养模式、运动项目推广以及职教人员水平等方面存在不足,因此,建议完善训练体制、规范培养模式、扩大群众基础、加大政府扶持以及提高教练员业务水平,从而促进冰壶运动在我国的发展。

Abstract:Analyzing the training mode of Canadian curling reserve talents has significance for training Chi- nese curling reserving teenager talents. With the methods of literature study, experts interview, logic analy- sis and other scientific research methods, this paper focuses on the comparative analysis on teenagers train- ing. The study found that Chinese curling reserve talents have some shortcomings in physical training, train- ing mode, sports promotion and vocational education level, therefore, it suggests to perfect training system, standardized training mode, expand the mass base, increase government support, and improve the level of the coaches business, so as to promote the development of curling in China.
