| 摘 要： | 渝西人民热爱生活也懂得生活，渝西衣食文化的内容极其丰富。渝西方言谚语所承栽的渝西衣食文化之精华，可以用“向往丰农足食，主张勤俭节约，强调精打细算，突出本土特色”四句话来加以概括。

| Abstract: | People in western Chongqing love life and enjoy the life. Clothing and food culture there are rich. The essence of clothing and food culture in the dialectal sayings can be summarized as follows： longing for adequate food and clothes, emphasizing diligent and thrifty, being shrewd in money matters and laying stress on local flavor. |
