| 摘 要： | 利益是主体在实践过程中所获得的某种需要，具有主客观双重属性。社会转型引发的利益分化使我国发生了社会利益矛盾与冲突。为此，我们必须加强经济和法律等手段的运用，进一步完善以效率优先为主导价值观念的社会利益分配制度，加紧建立和完善以公平为主导价值观念的社会保障救济制度，加强以诚信为核心的价值观念教育。

| Abstract: | The interest is a need,which the subject obtains in the course of the practice. It has dual natures of subjective and objective. The benefit division causing by social transition leads to beneficial conflicts in Chinese society. Therefore, we have to strengthen the use of economic and law approaches, to perfect the division system of social benefit with efficiency as leading value concept. And it is also needed to quicken the development of social guarantee and almsgiving system with justice as leading values, and develop the education of value concept with honesty as core. |
