| 摘 要： | 通过对河源职业技术学院学生掌握体育与健康基本知识的情况进行调查，结果发现，学生掌握较好的是睡眠知识，其次是心理知识和卫生知识，而运动常识、运动损伤预防知识比较欠缺，尤其是生活保健和营养知识非常缺乏。

| Abstract: | An investigation was carried out on how much students knew about spots and health. The result shows that they have a good command of sleeping, psychological and sanitary mastery come next. While they are short of sports common sense, injury prevention, especially, they are deficient in knowledge about daily health care and nutrition. |
