| 摘 要： | 美国《统一商法典》和我国《合同法》中的＂风险转移＂相关制度有着诸多相似之处,但也存在着具体差异。比较而言,在违约情况下,关于货物风险转移这个问题,我国合同法相关规定不如美国《统一商法典》相关规定来得明确、具体和可操作,仍有需要完善之处。
