| 摘 要： | 2003年以来，苏州市开始了对农村养老保险制度改革的积极探索，取得了很多成功的经验。目前，苏州市已初步建立起全面覆盖的农村社会保障体制，农民的保养待遇逐年提高，实现了农村养老保险基金的多渠道筹集和管理的日益规范化，但在具体实施过程中还存在一些不足和值得关注的问题。

| Abstract: | Since 2003, Suzhou has been actively exploring the reforms of the rural endowment insurance, and at the same time it has achieved a lot of successful experience. Currently, Suzhou has preliminarily established the rural social security system which covers the rural area comprehensively in Suzhou, and the maintenance treatment of farmers keeps increasing every year. It has achieved the target of raising the rural endowment insurance funds through various channels and improving the standardization of the fund management. But in the implementing practice there are still some shortcomings and problems that should be concerned. |
