中小学校长培训模式的比较研究

摘    要:自"八五"以来,我国中小学校长培训经历了补偿培训、按需施训和创新施训三个阶段,与发达国家相比在培训模式的理论研究、科学性和实效性等方面存在一定差距。本文通过对比研究,在吸纳并借鉴我国及国外优秀培训模式的基础上,通过完善法规、坚持持证上岗及训用结合等措施来实现培训目标;通过开放培训机构并利用网络实施多元高效低耗培训;通过创新培训模式针对不同层次校长开展个性化培养。

Abstract:Since the"Eighth Five Year Plan",the pattern of training for headmasters has formed its own characteristics.This training has experienced three stages:compensation training,training according to needs and innovation training.But there are still some differences compared to developed countries in theory,scientificity and effectiveness.By means of comparison,this thesis put forward that the training goal be realized through such measures as perfecting laws and rules,working with certificates and combining training with employing based on the adoption of and reference to the excellent training patterns home and abroad.We put forward some improvement suggestions about how to realize training goals,the training of low-consumption,multi-aspects,high-efficiency and characteristic training for headmasters.
