| 摘 要： | 高校新生录取方式改革包括高考志愿的设置改革,势在必行。改革传统的高校录取新生方式及其考生志愿填报方法,其有效做法一是应降低投档比例;二是应实行"平行志愿";三是应实行网上征求志愿,以保证高校新生录取过程更透明、更公平。
