| 摘 要： | ASP外包模式有许多潜在收益,包括成本收益、改善服务、获取专门知识等.但是,ASP模式外包也要承担风险,可能导致与期望收益相反的风险后果,主要有四类风险因素：提供商、客户、交易关系与技术.为控制这些风险,需要有相应的风险缓解策略.对此做了全面的分析,并对需要进一步研究的相关问题做了说明.

| Abstract: | ASP model has many potential benefits,such as cost benefit,improvement of service quality,acquirement of expertise,etc.,but there exists risks as well,which may results in undesirable outcomes. ASP model has four major categories of risk factor: supplier,client,transaction and technology. Therefore,the related risk mitigation strategies are needed in order to control these risks. This paper analyzes comprehensively on this topic,and suggests the related topic for further research. |
