| 摘 要： | 企业核心竞争力内涵可以分为5个流派,它们共同的观点基础是知识乃核心竞争力之源。企业的核心竞争力具有4个基本特征,这4个特征与知识管理的4大流程有紧密关系,即知识的生成管理、积累管理、交流管理、应用管理分别支撑着核心竞争力的独特性、累积性、延展性和价值性。这个结论从本质上揭示了知识管理和企业核心竞争力的紧密关系。
