| 摘 要： | 开放获取期刊数量和质量的不断提升，为图书馆资源建设带来生机。将开放获取期刊纳入馆藏资源体系有利于缓解经费紧张及学科专业无限发展带来的信息需求难以完全满足等图书馆普遍面临的难题。文章结合一般馆藏资源建设原则，在分析开放获取期刊特性的基础上，提出开放获取期刊的采选策略。

| Abstract: | The upgrading of both the quantity and quality of open access acquisition of journals has brought vitality to the library resource construction. The open access acquisition of joumals is beneficial to both alleviation of the money universally faced by the libraries and the adequacy of information needed by the disciplines. The author of this article presents some strategies of the open access acquisition of journals based on the general principles of resource collection of the libraries and the analysis of the features of open access acquisition of journals. |
