| 摘 要： | 文章运用质量管理理论和方法，对图书馆纸质图书和数字资源保护管理从工作进程的计划、执行、检查和处理四个环节进行了研究。质量管理方法对纸质图书和数字资源保护管理在各阶段显得行之有效，具有积极的控制作用，对图书馆工作的其它环节具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a research on the protection and management of paper-based books and digital resources from the following four aspects： planning, implementation, inspection and dealing with the aftermath of problems. The author holds that PDCA is an effective method to protect the paper-based books and digital resources at all stages, plays a very. positive controlling role and that all links of library work can use it as a reference. |
