| Abstract: | Abstract ： The construction of local document collection system is the premise and foundation to carry out all the local literature work, and it can also be regarded as the basis for a library to exercise its functions. The author of this article makes an introduction to the concrete practice of the construction of the local document collection system in Heilongjiang, and points out that carrying out the extensive cooperation and pluralistic development, enriching book storage and realizing literature resource sharing is the core content of the local document work, and the only way for a public library to manifest its characteristics and to establish its brand. |
