| 摘 要： | 独立学院是高校办学体制的创新形式,其学生管理工作也应与时俱进,探索有针对性、具有鲜明特色的新工作思路,以适应教育形势发展需要,满足社会对人才培养的要求。独立学院的学生管理工作应树立“以学生为本”的管理理念,务实创新,在管理方法上体现多元化、人性化。

| Abstract: | The independent college is an innovative way of running school in higher education and its student management need improving to kee pace with the times.We need to discover new working approaches with specific directions and distinct charatersitics to adapt to the development need of education and meet the social need of cultivating talents.Student management in independent colleges should adopt "student foremost "as its management principle.We should attach importance to concrete matters and innovation and demonstrae multilateral and huamane management. |
