| Abstract: | It is the multi-national medical companies who mainly applies for medical patent in China.This study analyzed the patent application and its relation with product launching by sampled multi-national medical companies statistically through Chinese patent and drug databases,hoping to have some help for the local enterprises in promoting the technical innovation and patent protection strategies. |
