高职教育的个性化教学与教学设计

摘    要:个性化教学是高职教育的办学特色。个性化教学强调学生学习过程的自觉性、积极性和主动性,学生的学习是一种自觉的积极主动的过程。要注重以个性化学习为中心的教学设计,突出特色化、多样化、多层次、多规格的教学设计。高职教育是社会本位与个体本位的统一,是社会需要和谋求个人发展的统一,是人的全面发展与职业发展的统一。

Abstract:Individuality teaching is the distinguishing feature for higher vocational education.Individuality teaching emphasizes on the students' consciousness,positiveness,activeness of the learning process.Students' learning is a selfconscious and positive and active process.Individuality teaching should be focused on to highlight the teaching design of characteristics,diversification,multi-level and multi-size.Higher vocational education is the unity of the social and individual standard,it is also the unity of social needs and individual development and the unity of individual and vocational development.
