| 摘 要： | 跨国公司R&D全球化的影响因素和海外R&D区位选择、跨国公司R&D全球化的动因、R&D机构的组织模式和海外子公司的责任分配、跨国公司海外R&D机构与知识溢出效应是当前西方国家对跨国公司R&D全球化研究的四个热点问题,在对其加以详细论述的基础上对今后的研究方向进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The four hot issues of research on the globalization of MNCs' R&D include influential factors and overseas location selection, dynamic reasons, organizational pattern and subsidiary's responsibility distribution, overseas institute, and knowledge outflow effect. Based on the explanation of above issues, some suggestions were proposed to enhance the researches on the globalization of MNCs' R&D in China. |
