摘    要:网球作为一项娱乐性和技术性较强的运动项目,在高校体育教学的过程中,受到了大学生的广泛欢迎,对于培养大学生良好的运动能力和运动习惯,有着重要的作用.因此,提升高校网球教学的有效性,成为高校体育教育工作者研究的重要内容.基于此,本研究以网球教学中的运动表象训练作为研究对象,就网球教学中运动表象训练的内涵、运动表象训练的意义、实施的策略进行了有效的分析.以期为高校网球运动教学有效性的提升,做出理论参考.

Promotion of Imaginary Training on Tennis Teaching Effectiveness

Abstract:As a recreational and technical sport event, tennis is widely welcomed by collegestudents in college physical education teaching. It has significant function to cultivate college students' exercise capacity and habits. Therefore, improving effectiveness of college tennis teaching is the important content of college physical education. Based on it, taking exercise imaginary training in tennis teaching as research object, this paper makes analysis on strategy, connotation and meaning of exercise imaginary training in tennis teaching. The main purpose is to pro- vide the theoretical reference for improving effectiveness of college tennis teaching.
