| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和观察法，对社会体育专业教学现状及存在的问题进行分析。结果表明：构建“以职业岗位需求为导向、教学评价专业化，理论教学案例化，技术教学实践化，实践教学职业化”教学模式，利于增强学生就业竞争力，是培养社会体育就业岗位需求应用型人才的有效途径之一。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current situation of social sports specialty teaching and some problems are studied by using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, etc. The result of this research shows that the teaching model of ＂one orientation and four -lizations＂ is beneficial for the enhancement of advantages in job hunting. At last, the conclusion is drawn. To enhance the employability and competitiveness of students, the teaching model of ＂Orientation of job demands, specialization of teaching evaluation, case-lization of theory teaching, practice -lization of technology teaching and vocation lization of practical teaching＂ is one of the effective ways to cultivate the talents of social sports which can meet the needs, |
