跆拳道运动员的心理训练方法

摘    要:跆拳道是一项利用拳和脚进行搏击的对抗性运动.它通过竞赛、品势和功力检验等运动形式,使练习者增强体质,掌握技战术,并培养坚韧不拔的意志品质.在训练和比赛中没有良好的心理素质,跆拳道的高难度连环动作,通过身体各器管及中枢神经系统的严密配合是很难做到的.而往往有些运动员这方面欠缺,在比赛中就会出现意想不到的情况,出现严重失误,影响了比赛成绩,造成终生遗憾.由此可见,对运动员进行合理的心理训练尤为重要.

Abstract:Taiquandao is a kind of antagonistic sport by means of fists and feet in fighting. It aims to build up the body, master its technical tactics and foster unshakable qualities through various forms of competitions, judging situations and examing skills. The series of hard performances conducted by linking between organs and central nervous system in the body can't be completed without good psychology in training and matches. Some athletes, however, are short of experience in the aspect. Something unexpected may take place in conteste, resulting in serious mistakes, poor achievements as well as regrets for life. Therefore, it seems to be quite important to direct proper paychological training for players.
