| 摘 要： | 对整个监控系统的关键技术包括H.264视频编解码、实时传输等进行研究,根据视频监控系统的体系结构,设计了一种面向Android智能终端的移动视频监控系统,其基于Android平台的视频监控客户端使用移动流媒体实现,能够达到实时监控的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper researches on the key technologies of video monitoring system including H.264 video codec,real-time transmission and so on,introduces its structure.A novel mobile system for Android-based smart device is presented.It emphatically discusses the implementation of the client program based on Android,and the remote video surveillance client is based on mobile streaming media,achieves the purpose of real-time monitoring on the Android phone. |
