| 摘 要： | 《老人与海》是海明威最具代表性的作品之一，其主人公圣地亚哥是最典型的海明威式的英雄。然而，随着对作品的深入了解，人们更加关注具备硬汉子精神的老人的现实命运。为此，运用现象学的两极理论分析《老人与海》的文体风格和文本意蕴，旨在从老人的自言自语、海上搏斗和他的梦境，透视“硬汉子”老人圣地亚哥现实命运必败的原因。

| Abstract: | The Old Man and the Sea is considered as Hemingway＇ s one of the most representative works and its character as a most typical ＂code hero＂. However, with more and more acknowledgment about this work, people begin to pay more attention to the old man＇s fate in the reality except his ＂guts＂. This article tries to analyze the style and the implication in The Old Man and the Sea according to theory of polarity in phenomenology, aiming to show the reasons of Santiago＇ S doomed defeat in the reality, based on his self-toself talk, fighting with sharks on the sea and his dream. |
