激素对驱蚊香草增殖过程中部分生理特性的影响

摘    要:研究了BA和NAA处理组合对驱蚊香草增殖过程中糖和蛋白质含量的影响,结果表明: BA和NAA与BA互作对糖含量有极显著效应.而处理时间对蛋白质含量表现极显著差异.随着培养时间的延长蛋白质含量明显下降.说明继代周期不宜长,驱蚊香草增殖较适宜的培养基为:MS NAA0.4~0.8mg/L BA2.0~4.0mg/L.

Abstract:That BA and NAA combinations affect content of sugar and protein was studied in proliferation of driving mosquito herb.The result indicated that effect of BA and interaction BA with NAA to sugar content was very remarkable,and that treating time very obviously affected protein content of driving mosquito herb.Along with extension of culture time,the content protein decreases remarkably and reculture cycle is not suitable very length.Suitable proliferation medium for Driving mosquito herb is MS + NAA0.4~0.8mg/L + BA2.0~4.0mg/L.
