| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪后,随伴随着小康社会建设的步伐,人们的生活水平和生活质量都有了明显的提高和改善,人们对休闲体育的需求已呈现出多样化和上升的趋势。政府在中国的休闲体育发展的过程当中扮演着非常重要的角色,扮演为民服务的重要的角色,充当着市场所不能调节的角色。但是,我国政府长期将重点放在竞技体育发展,相对忽视了休闲体育的发展,而且其发展盲从于市场。政府应该重视人们休闲体育的发展,并采取实际行动。

| Abstract: | After entering 21 Century,people s living level has been improved greatly,the demand of leisure sports and recreation have increased,government plays an important role in developing leisure sports and recreation and serving the people. But government has stressed on developing athletic sports for a long time and ignored the development of leisure sports and recreation. Government should pay more attention to the development of leisure sports and recreation and take actions. |
