| Abstract: | Creation is the soul of new economy. The Chinese enterprises are facing challenges aroused by neweconomy in globalization and network. Human being is the main part of creation, and human resource plays a decisiverole in the development of enterprises. The Chinese enterprises should manage and exploit the human resource positivelyby learning the human-based mechanism in American hi-tech enterprises. |
